All orders are packed within 24hrs, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Purchases made on weekends and on NSW Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

Please make sure your address is correct before purchase to avoid delays If you are not home to receive your order, or have not organised an alternative way to collect your package and it is returned back to us, we will notify you via email. If you wish to have your package re-sent, shipping costs will be payable by customer

PRE ORDER ITEMS 

If you purchase items together with an item which is a pre order your items will remain on hold until the pre order item arrives and will not be shipped separately. If you wish to have your orders shipped separately  you will need to make a separate purchase.

For customers who pre order, JADE & BELLE aims to deliver from the date specified. Delivery dates shown are estimates only and subject to change.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, adverse weather, power outages, loss of internet services,  etc.)
