RETURNS POLICY
At JADE & BELLE we accept returns and exchanges with proof of purchase on items within 21 days from the date of purchase. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Please note: We only issue a credit note for change of mind & exchange/s.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded
FAULTY ITEM/S
If you have received a faulty item, please contact the J&B team within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please provide images of the faults.
Items which are NOT eligible for a Credit Note include:
Items returned outside the returns period stated above
Custom made orders
Sale items
Damaged items from being worn.
Items returned without tags intact
Items showing signs of wear
Items which have been washed or altered
Items not in their original condition

If your return is accepted, one of our team members will email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, swimwear, lingerie accessories- i.e Earrings or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost Packages
JADE & BELLE will not issue a exchange or credit note on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit, Please make sure the address is correct when checking out or returning an item.
International Returns
If the merchandise is being shipped Internationally , you have the right to return your order/item within 21 days from the date of purchase, return shipping will be at the customers expense .
Due to current restrictions, return costs for international customers are higher than average. Please take this into account prior to purchasing online.
Refunds on faulty items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
